  • How long do I have to wear an insole?
    Depending on the foot ailment you are suffering from, you might have to wear an insole ranging from a few months to your whole lifetime.
  • What is the life of an insole?
    Depending on the activity level, a customized insole can last from 1 to 1.5 years.
  • What is the difference between an Orthopaedic Doctor and an Orthotist?
    Orthotists specialize in the fitting and manufacturing of wide range of braces for upper and lower limbs, whereas Orthopaedic Doctors focus on helping with diagnosing and treating the musculoskeletal system. Lets take an example: You start experiencing pain in your feet after 10 minutes of walk. You visit an Orthopaedic Doctor, he figures out that you have a flat feet. He may suggest various treatment plans like some exercises, and some support to your feet. Support can be customized insoles or specialized shoes. Those insoles and shoes will be tailor made for you by an Orthotist.
