Please note that cancellation fees may vary depending on the type of appointment and the notice given. We will inform you of any cancellation fees at the time of your appointment booking.

 

Refunds on Cancellation:

If you have cancelled an order or appointment and are entitled to a refund, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that refunds will not be issued for the following:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.

  • Services that have already been provided, unless the cancellation is due to an error on our part.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Exchanges:
